She was predeceased by: her parents, John "JC" Jones and Gertrude Shortt Jones; her husband John F. Lavinski; and her daughter Shirley Ann Holt. She is survived by: her sister Lucy Niper; her grandchildren, Stacey Holt and E. J. Holt (Melissa Smith Holt); her great grandchildren, Devon Jones (Diana Slane) and Michkaela Jones; and her great great grandchild Ariel Jade Jones.
