He is survived by: his wife Gloria R. Hernandez; and his children, William Hernandez (Karina), Sonia Luna (Ciro), Elda Plaza (Marcos), Gloria Tobar (Jose), Maria Martinez (Richard) and Carlos Hernandez (Sandra). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, & 2 brothers; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
