He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Leuze. He is survived by: his parent Kate Leuze; his children, Jessica Leuze of Warwick, NY and Peter Leuze of Murrels Inlet, SC; his sister Lorraine Carrasquillo of Staten Island, NY; his grandchildren, Russell and Crystal; and his wife Mary Leuze.
