He was predeceased by: his mother Jamie Buttacavoli; and his son Anthony R. Accola. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Accola (LaPlaca); his former wife Tammi Polidoro (Tischio); his children, Gianna Falzarano (Christopher) and Michael Accola; his grandchildren, Vienna and Joseph Falzarano; his father Anthony Accola Sr.; his parents-in-law, James LaPlaca and Linda LaPlaca; his brother-in-law Jimmy Jr. LaPlaca; his sister Alexis Marricone (Steve); his nephew Vincent Fikes; and his nieces, Nicole Fikes and Olivia Marricone.

He often gave up his time to host charity events and Cut-A-Thons, to benefit the homeless and childhood cancer.
