He was predeceased by: his parents, John Michalka and Mary Michalka; and his brother John "Jack" Michalka. He is survived by: his wife Tina; his sons, Matthew Earl (Jaruat) of Burlington, MA and Jeremy Earl (Nicole) of Stone Ridge, NY; his brother Lee Michalka of Ft. Myers, FL; and his granddaughters, Terry Earl and Sierra Earl.
