She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Worthington and Mabel Calkins Worthington; her husband George Cook; and her brother Donald. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Hamilton (Frederick) of Batavia, Bruce Humel (Darlene) of Gainesville, Donna Beitz of Attica, Sharon Bellinger (David) of Buffalo and Danny Humel of Silver Springs; her stepdaughter Margaret Cook of Kentucky; and her siblings, Jim Worthington (Charlene) of Byron, Zoella Spink of Batavia, Spencer, Roy, Raymond Worthington and Viola Wight.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Valley Chapel Free Methodist Church, 3415 Route 19 South, Warsaw, NY 14569.
