He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Fladie and Marian Lemley Fladie; and his siblings, Tom Fladie and Betty Pratt. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Stuart Fladie; his siblings, Chuck Fladie (Cindy), Steve Fladie, Donna Freeth and Mary Daniel (Terry); and his children, Jane Gebel (Tom), Suzanne Parton Meeder, David Fladie (Sue) and Lora Tiede (Rich). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
