He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Follendorf and Marion Follendorf (Waldron); his wife June Follendorf (Gage); his friend Catherine H. Jenkins; his children, Erik Follendorf (Sharon Davey) and J. Gage Moran (Mark); and his grandchildren, Kelsey, Kyle Follendorf, Anna and Nicholas Moran.
