He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Whaley and Kathleen Foley Whaley; and his sister Mary Elizabeth Fay. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary M. Barbeau; his sons, Jay Legg (Charise) of Shore Acres and Thomas Whaley Jr. (Stephanie) of Holly Springs; and his siblings, Nancy Cutcliffe (Edward) of Pavilion, Margaret Smith of Batavia, Linda Dirrks of Kansas City and William Whaley (Sonia) of Pavilion. He is also survived by two grand daughters, a grandson, and numerous nieces and nephews.
