He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walczak and Victoria Konecki Walczak; his wife Dorothy Devine Walczak; his foster son Thomas O'Brien; and his siblings, Stanley, John, Chester, Edward, Amelia O'Neill, Florence Shemm, Virginia Macejewski, Clara and Carrie Walczak.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas "Dan" Walczak (Leslie), Cindy Andrews (Lee) of Warsaw and Victoria Cummins (William) of Warsaw. He is also survived by great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and very close friends.
