We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2019, at the age of 60, Tammy L. Pickard (Warsaw, New York), born in Tonawanda, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Janet Smith Thiebolt of Tonawanda and William Thiebolt, Jr.; her husband Mark Pickard; her daughters, LeAnne Cooper (Clay) of Livonia and Allison Adams (Jarrod) of Livonia; her grandson Nolan Cooper; and her siblings, Jackie Smilinich (Dennis) of Tonawanda and William Thiebolt III (Cynthia) of Tonawanda.
