Irwin, Sr. of Warsaw; her children, Thomas Irwin, Jr. (Jennifer) of Warsaw, Blake Irwin (Kelly) of Virginia Beach, VA and Stefanie Irwin (Donnie Harnas) of Adams, NY; her grandchildren, Nicholas Irwin (Samantha) of Perry, Courtney Irwin (Isaac Stoddard) of Warsaw, Taylor Church of Virginia Beach, VA, Owen, Alayna Ligammari of Adams, NY, Jaxon and Skyler Harnas of Adams, NY; her great grandchild Coleson Irwin of Perry; her brothers, Phil Blake (Tammy) of Covington, TN, Dave Blake (Angelina) of Wilson, NC, Jon Howland (Kim) of Eau Claire, PA, Brian Howland (Jennifer) of Pavilion and Jason Howland (Jennifer) of Pavilion; her sisters-in-law, Patricia Cygan (Anthony "Skeeter") of Conroe, TX and Robin Herman (Steve) of Montgomery, TX; and her pets, Libby and Quinn.
