He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Allen and Phyllis Browne Allen; and his siblings, Priscilla Ladd, Roger Allen, Robert Allen, Richard Allen and Peggy Bey.
He is survived by: his wife Judi Stubley Allen; his children, Randall Allen, Terry Brown (Kevin) of Warsaw, Laurie Lee (Jim Mest) of Warsaw and Rae Kerwin (Jim) of Newport, Vermont; his nephew Rick Allen (Lisa) of Warsaw; his sisters, Pat Allen of Warsaw and Penny Fries of Eden, NY; his grandsons, Matthew Brown (Kelly Condon) of Castile, Trevor Brown (Lauren Hayes) of Ft. Myers, Fla., Josh Lee of Warsaw and Andy Kerwin of Newport, Vermont; and his great grandchild Maxson Brown.
