He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wilcox and Eleanor Crane Wilcox. He is survived by: his children, Tina Mileham (Chad) of Wyoming, Erika Muehlig (Drew) of Elba, NY and Robb Wilcox of Wyoming; his former spouse Pat Wilcox of Warsaw; and his grandchildren, Ryan Mileham, Allison Mileham, Madison Muehlig, Caden Muehlig and Holly Wilcox.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge, 1101 Casey Road, Basom, NY 14013.
