He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Ray and Fern Mack Lafferty Sr. Ray; his daughter Rachael Lafferty; and his brothers, Edwin, Carl and Joel Lafferty.
He is survived by: his sons, Brian, Craig, Chad, Paul and Sean; his siblings, Della Cummings (Woody), Dawn Friedl (Tom), Cheryl Haven, Leland "Bugs" Lafferty (Wanda) and Vincent Mack (Dawn); his former wife Gloria Lafferty; and his friend Justin. He is also survived by many grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
