He was predeceased by: his uncles, Harry Woodworth Jr., Daniel Woodworth Sr. and Leo Hankins (Joan); and his grandparents, Harry Woodworth (Pearl) and Louise Ewell.
He is survived by: his sister Karen Woodworth (Peggy) of Augusta; and his aunts, Linda Tisdale (Erick) of Smithfield, NC and Vanessa Woodworth-Heckman (Mike). He is also survived by his family, friends.
