It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip A. Hoffman of Warsaw, New York, born in Dansville, New York, who passed away on August 29, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Hoffman and Marlene Hall; and his siblings, Raymond Hoffman and Michelle Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his children, Jessica Tyrpa (Joe) of Warsaw, Cheryl MacPherson (William) of Avon, NY and David Hoffman (Michelle) of Bergen, NY; his siblings, Darryl Hoffman (Amanda) of Kansas, Donna DeKay (Tom) of Indiana, Suzette Riley of Florida, Glen DeKay of Indiana, Linda Herschberger (Jeff) of Indiana and Robert Hoffman (Laurie) of Missouri; and his grandchildren, Cody, Troy, Luke, Michaela, Kenna, Kennedy and Haidyn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many brother and sister in-laws.
The funeral home will be limited to 33% capacity and masks are required due to COVID-19 restrictions.
