It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia I. Prusak of Warsaw, New York, who passed away on April 2, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry H. Wolcott and Elaine L. Bowen Wolcott; her son Richard Prusak Jr.; and her siblings, Henry Wolcott Jr. and Anna Mae Larza.
She is survived by: her husband Richard J. Prusak; and her children, Teresa Sheffield (Michael) of Dale and Aaron Prusak of Dale. She is also survived by four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
