She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Herman and Dorothy Crawford Herman. She is survived by: her significant other Gary Hume of Warsaw; her daughters, Pamela Souter (Gary) of Silver Springs and Angela Svedman (Jan-Olof) of Sweden; her siblings, Betsy Adams (Craig) of Florida, Myra Lutomski (Charlie) of Woodstock, NY, Cheryl Merril of Malvern, PA., Jim Herman (Nancy) of Warsaw, Bill Herman (Carrie) of Rochester and Peter Herman of Warsaw; her grandchildren, Chelsey Zawadzki (Bret), Benjamin Buckley (Jennifer), Patrik Svedman (Carolina) and Philip Svedman (My); and her great grandchildren, Alivia, Beau, Thindra, Alexander, Lucas and Charlie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Patti's name to the Charlotte House in North Java, NY, or the Gainesville Rescue Squad.
