He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Gay and C. Marie Harrington Gay; his brother Milo Gay; and his brother-in-law Erasmo Matos. He is survived by: his wife Alicia Gay of Warsaw; his children, Addison Gay and Alexander Gay of Warsaw; his sister Lenee Gay Matos of North Chili; his uncle Dwight Gay (Ginny) of Dale; his in-laws, Phillip and Becky Walker of Varysburg; and his brothers-in-law, Zakary Walker and Peter Goodman of Bethesda, MD..
