He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Vogel and Shirley A. Pettit; and his brothers, Dwight, Bruce and Scott Vogel.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Ruth Clancy of Perry; his children, Kelly Vogel of East Aurora, Jennifer Irwin (Thomas) of Warsaw, William Vogel (Dawn) of Henderson, NV and Kirk Douglas Vogel II (Juan Armabula) of Bradenton, FL; his stepdaughter Tela Clancy of Mt. Morris; his grandchildren, Nicholas Irwin, Courtney Irwin, Sarah Vogel, Jack Vogel and Mason Wingate; his great grandchild Coleson Irwin; and his brother Darryl Vogel of Bennington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
