He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Ames and Maude Kirkby Ames; and his wife Patricia Kline Ames. He is survived by: his children, Richard Ames (Justine) of Warsaw, Greg Ames of Warsaw and Laureen Fabiilli (Donde) of Grand Island, NY; his grandchildren, Kassandra, Alexander and Talia; his great grandchild Brayden Zufall; his brother Richard Ames (late Elizabeth) of Syracuse; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Hourigan (Paul) of North Carolina.
