She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Taylor and Dorothy Liley Taylor; her husband James Bartell; her son Theodore Jakubowski; and her siblings, Barbara Enge, Betty Taylor, Jack and David Taylor.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Wojcik of Warsaw and Deborah Jakubowski of Amsterdam, NY; her brother James Taylor (Diane) of Olean; her granddaughter Alicia Woodworth; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Rose of Warsaw, Emmalee of Warsaw, Elizabeth of Warsaw, Danielle of Warsaw and Jesse Woodworth of Warsaw. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
