He was predeceased by: his grandmother Gloria Hayward. He is survived by: his parents, James D. Kososki Sr. (Eva) of Warsaw and Anne M. Hayward Vasi (Franc) of Springville; his fiancée Grace Murray of Batavia; his son Damian Kososki of Rochester; his sisters, Alysha Kososki of Yorkshire, Becca Lambert of Machias and Victoria Kososki of North Carolina; his grandfather Leonard Kososki of Warsaw; and his stepgrandparents, Joseph Murch of Warsaw and Sharon VanSon of Warsaw. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
