She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Wagner and Gladys Hall Wagner; her husband John H. Jedrzejek; and her siblings, Herbert, Albert, Harold Wagner and Christine Cook.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Weatherford (Robert) of Cross, SC, Debra Keating (Rick) of Salem, OR and Bonnie Floyd (Brian Scriven) of South Wales, NY; her siblings, Faith Kowalski of Lockport and Clayton Wagner (Beverly) of North Java; and her grandchildren, James Karcanes, Jennifer Childs, Thomas Maimone, Andrew Maimone, Elizabeth Mattingly and Kaitlin Floyd. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions are requested in Ivy's name to the Missions Fund at 3415 Rt. 19 South Warsaw, NY 14569.
