He was predeceased by: his parents, James Williams and Lulu Williams (Church); his wife Violet Williams (Mepham); his son Brian Williams; his grandson Michael A. Blakeslee; and his sister Wilda Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Hobert Williams, Jr. of Wethersfield, Regina Wright of North Carolina, Tammy Barnhardt (Chris) of Cuylerville and Carla Rayner (Stuart) of Ohio. He is also survived by Several siblings, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a local animal shelter.
