He was predeceased by: his sisters, Betty Gardner and Marjorie Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Norma Kelver (Geer) of Strykersville; his sons, Richard Kelver (Esther) of Buffalo, David Kelver (Sandy) of Buffalo, Paul Kelver (Lenore) of Spring, TX, Robert Kelver (Cindy) of Strykersville and Scott Kelver (Tammy) of Spring, TX; and his sister Viola Koch of North Tonawanda. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the church in his loving memory.
