He is survived by: his wife Donna Kiel Ramsey; his son Jeremy Ramsey of Warsaw; his siblings, Beverly Dee Putney of Warsaw and Ronald Ramsey (Sue) of Elba; and his siblings-in-law, Russell P. Kiel of Varysburg, Cindy Thomas Kiel of Warsaw and Joan Kiel Roquez of Warsaw.
