Ellen L. Frazier Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ellen L. Frazier (Warsaw, New York), who passed away on January 6, 2017 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Frazier and Shirley Quackenbush Frazier Shearing; and her brother Bruce Frazier. She is survived by: her siblings, Eleanor Torrey (Charles) of Perry, Elaine Briggs (late Douglas) of Gainesville, Bradley Frazier of Perry and Brian Frazier of Yorkshire; and her sister-in-law Patricia Kohlhagen of Arcade.
