It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elaine M. Skotnicki (Warsaw, New York), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on August 25, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank M. Raczka and Helen S. Raczka (Papaj); her husband Robert E. Skotnicki; and her brother Michael F. Raczka. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Portelli (Michael Portelli) of New Hampshire; her grandchildren, Gianna and Dominic Portelli; her brother Clifford Raczka (Michelle) of Florida; and her nephews, Harry, Thomas and Jeffrey.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to North Java Fire Company Rescue Squad.
