He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth McGrath and Ida Gillette McGrath; and his siblings, Kenneth McGrath, William McGrath, James McGrath, Dennis McGrath and Donna Leigh-Manuell.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Hotchkiss McGrath; his sons, Mark McGrath (Erin) of Lake George, NY and Scott McGrath (Ally) of Warsaw; his grandchildren, Trace, Emmitt, Emma, Ava, Mason and Mara; and his siblings, Lynn Veazey of Warsaw, Timothy McGrath of Warsaw and Thomas McGrath of Hermitage. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
