Dorothy L. Hackemer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy L. Hackemer (Warsaw, New York), born in Valparaiso, Indiana, who passed away on April 30, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Jordan and Frances Buckrath Jordan; her husband Jack Hackemer; and her siblings, Frances Jordan, Joe and Ed Jordan.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Del Vecchio (George) of Lenox, MA, Jay (Mary Anne) of Warsaw, Glenn (Betsy) of Denver, CO, Jeff Hackemer of Warsaw and Dean (Kara) of Fairfax, VA; and her brother Charlie (Beth) of Hamburg, NY.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, Dorothy's service will be private and burial will be in St. Michaels Cemetery, Warsaw.
