She is survived by: her husband Brian M. Wozniak; her daughter Bryanna Wozniak of Warsaw; her siblings, Dennis Woodworth (Cori) of Avon, Jimmy Woodworth (Mary) of Erie, PA, Terri Woodworth of Erie, PA and Pamela Woodworth of Erie, PA; and her in-law Paul Wozniak (Barbara) of Warsaw. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Weeks Funeral Home (123 N Main St, Warsaw, NY 14569).
