He was predeceased by: his parents, Channing Carlson and Lila Prentice Carlson. He is survived by: his wife Judy Schallert Carlson; his daughters, Kristen Pettengill (Patrick) of Getzville and Ashley Casey (Shane) of Boston, NY; his grandchildren, Logan, Quinn Pettengill, Brogan and Brice Casey; his brother Lynn Carlson of Warsaw; his parents-in-law, Joseph "Butch" and Shirley Schallert; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Brainard (William) of North Java and John Schallert (Julie) of Raynham, MA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
