He is survived by: his children, Carrie Cleveland of Rochester, Jan Newville (Brenda Jaggard) of Gainesville, Kimberly Elliott (Doug) of Pavilion and Jamie Cleveland (Diane) of Wyoming; his sister Joyce Smirk of Knoxville; and his grandchildren, Casey, Kristin (Brandon Sarkis), Cory Newville (Meaghan), Zachary (Alyssa Cole), Cody (Kaily), Ryley Elliott, Erica Welch (Tim), Erin and Evan Cleveland. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
