He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Mower and Hellen Courtox Mower; his sister Diana; and his brother-in-law Jim Merrill. He is survived by: his son Clifford Mower Jr.; and his siblings, Maryann Hare (Dean Manning) of Max Meadows, VA, Sue Tucker (Kevin) of Arcade, Mel Brunner (Guy) of Warsaw, Roxanne Mower (Sean Beagle) of Bliss, Raymond Mower of Varysburg and Joe Mower (Dawn) of North Pole, AK. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
