She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Ramsey and Nell Decker Ramsey; her husband Marvin; her son John Putney; and her siblings, Marjorie Powelczyk, Gerald Ramsey and Robert Neil Ramsey.
She is survived by: her daughter Laurie Storm of Texas; her brother Ronald Ramsey (Sue) of Elba; her friend Donna Ramsey of Warsaw; her brothers-in-law, Gordon Putney of Williamsville and Allen Putney (Rebecca) of Silver Springs; her nephew Jeremy Ramsey; and her close friend Shelly Burford (Allen) of Colden. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
