It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernard Edward Colter (Warsaw, New York), born in Allegany, New York, who passed away on August 1, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fenner Colter and Isabel Wilbur Colter. He is survived by: his wife Eloise Champlin Colter; and his children, Benjamin Colter (Mary) of Houghton, Katherine "Katie" Martin (Rick) of Michigan, Blake Colter (Sandra) of Lebanon, NH, LouAnn Chavis of South Warsaw and Debbie Ellis of Castile. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
