She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Matteson and Mildred Stafford Matteson; her son Gerald Ray; her son-in-law Jack Volk; her brothers, Lloyd, Gene and Wesley Matteson; her grandson Michael Ray; her great grandchild Sienna Farr; her stepchildren, Janet Merrill and Raymond Kelly; and her father-in-law Gerald Merrill.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Volk of Warsaw; her daughter-in-law Anne Ray of Florida; her sister Joyce Bryant of Connecticut; her sister-in-law Mary Matteson of Fredonia; her grandchildren, Steven Ray of Dunkirk, Tammy Ricotta of Buffalo, Melissa Johnson of Illinois and Laura Volk of Maryland; her great grandchildren, Sadie, Christopher, Josh, Ben and Jay; her great great grandchildren, Carson, Kolton and Hunter; her husband Gerald Merrill of Florida; her stepdaughters, Valarie Merrill and Tina Loveland; her stepgrandchildren, Jimmy, Jason, Ryan, Janelle, Alyssa and Johnny; and her mother-in-law Eloise Merrill. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
