Angelo, Kathleen Augustine (Lavine), Mary Ann Mineo (Lavine), Nicholas Lavine (Bonnie) and Lori Auletta (Lavine); his grandchildren, Richard Angelo (Kelli), Nikki Ryan, Joseph Augustine, David Lavine, Alexandra DeSimone (Mineo), Sonni Ehrnstrom (Lavine) and David Mineo Jr.; his wife Siripa; his great grandchildren, Joseph Augustine, Jr., Callan Angelo, Caden Angelo and Avery Ryan; and also, Anthony Auletta and Sydney Auletta. He is also survived by friends who were dear to his heart Lynda and Frank Ricigliani; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
