Swinton of Warrensburg, New York, born in Glens Falls, New York, who passed away on December 7, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Swinton and Katheryn Swinton (Drake); his daughter Courtney Mae Swinton; his brother Kevin Swinton; and his niece Kelly Thompson Brown.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Aleena Rose Masseo and Philip John Oehler IV; his daughter Nicolle Swinton; his stepchildren, Derrick Winslow, Jaymes Winslow, Ashley Haskell, Shelby Keene and Megan Baker; his siblings, John Burt, Frank Burt, Franklin "Ed" Swinton (Cindy), John "Jack" Swinton, Marcia Thompson (Dave), Kathy LaLonde, Angelia O'Hara and Shannon Donnely; his grandchildren, Ariyanna Santiago, Amilliyana Keene and Aluca Keene; his sisters, Chloe and Shelby Baker; his former wives, Evelyn Swinton and Paula Putney; and also Brandon Schill (Kenny). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
