She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur McNeil and Dema McNeil (Prosser); her husband Lawrence Winslow; her siblings, Arthur, Steven, Jerald, Harold McNeil, Dorothy "Dot" Converse and Elizabeth Cullen; her son Robert Winslow; and her grandson Jonathan Rodriguez.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Troumbley of Hartford, Shirley Troumbley, Sandra Vaughn of Warrensburg, Joan Winslow of Queensbury and Laura Vaughn of Queensbury; and her brother Joseph McNeil (Sandra) of Warrensburg. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; also many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
