It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald E. Hopkins of Warrensburg, New York, who passed away on February 17, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Tryon and Harry F. Hopkins; his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Tatreeana Hopkins; his siblings, June Collard, Linda Borden, Connie Laporte, John and Earnest Hopkins; and his close friend Brenda Prosser.
He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Fawcett (Chirs), Eugene Hopkins (Rose), Paul Hopkins (Mary) and Ronnie Hopkins (Debbie); his feline Princess; and his children, Brian Hopkins, Mickey Hopkins (Bianca) and Stacey McGarrah (James). He is also survived by grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
