He was predeceased by: his parents, Caleb Smith and Lexie Smith (Frasier); and his siblings, George, Francis, Robert Smith, Isadora Persons, Nelly Brown, Margaret French and Mary Joe Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Karma Smith (Baker); his children, Daniel Smith (Lorrie) and Darcy Ford; and his grandchildren, Jarred Smith (Nicole) and Jessica LaPoint (Jason). He is also survived by four beautiful great grandchildren along with two step great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
