It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Phelan of Warnerville, New York, born in Glens Falls, New York, who passed away on September 13, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald C. Larkin and Patricia F. Larkin (Breen); and her mother-in-law Kay Phelan. She is survived by: her daughter Donna; her husband Michael D. Phelan; her sons, Christopher Phelan (Danielle) of Warnerville and Nathaniel Phelan of Warnerville; her siblings, Maureen Larkin of Colonie, Valerie Gregory (David) of Sloansville, Shirley Petersen (James) of Warnerville and Matthew Larkin (Robin) of Sloansville; her father-in-law Donald Phelan of Warnerville; and her siblings-in-law, Nancy Spenello (Michael) of Warnerville, Julie Fancher (Steve) of Warnerville and David Phelan (Helene) of Warnerville. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Family and friends are invited to a period of visitation to be held from 11AM to 2PM on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home, 171 Elm St., Cobleskill with mandatory face coverings and social distancing to be respected by all.
