It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald C. Phelan of Warnerville, New York, born in Cobleskill, New York, who passed away on December 26, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Phelan and Esther Phelan (Tingue); and his wife Kay. He is survived by: his children, Michael Phelan of Warnerville, Nancy Spenello (Mike) of Warnerville, David Phelan (Helene) of Warnerville and Julie Fancher (Steve) of Warnerville; his grandchildren, Nicholas Phelan (Liz), Kimberly Koski (Matt), Gregory Phelan, Christopher Phelan (Danielle), Nathaniel Phelan, Zachary Fancher (Meghan) and Justin Fancher; his great grandchildren, Cayden, Callie, Kaylynn and Emlyn Kay; and his sisters, Lois Edelman of Hillsdale, NY, Beverly of Warnerville and Mildred Phelan (Mary Ackerbauer) of Warnerville.
