He is survived by: his wife Wilma Calkins (Snow); his children, Kevin Calkins (Jennifer), Melissa Wolfe (James) and Kimberly Stevens (Jeff); and his sisters, Diane Koprowski (Gene) and Joanne Bonaventura. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
