He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; and his daughter Jean. He is survived by: his son Mark of Warners; his grandchildren, Kimberly, Stacy, Nicholas and Joshua; his great grandchildren, Zakary, Allison, Wyatt, Emma and Zoey; his great great grandchildren, Grayson and Willow; and his siblings, Marlene Winters of Mallory, Sally Gates of Syracuse and John Congdon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Warners Memphis Fire Department, 6444 Newport Rd., Warners, NY 13164.
