He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Slambrouck and Lois Mack Van Slambrouck; and his siblings, James, Eugene, William, John, Robert, Thomas, Sylvia and Joanne.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Rimmi; his children, Karen Gatz (Bill) of Cutchogue and David Van Slambrouck (Awilda) of Clermont; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Amanda, Emily, Claire and Katherine. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Straub, Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home (55 E Main St, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Church (11 Clinton St, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590).
