He is survived by: his parent Dorothea Helen Ainsworth (Lunt); his spouse Eileen Austin; his children, Eileen (Garth Slocum), Judy (Jack Cobean), Susan Ainsworth (Eduard Lanzinger), Richard Ainsworth Jr. (Beth) and Janet (Joseph Campanella); his grandchildren, Ellen Slocum, Leah Slocum, Brandon Cobean, Adam Finley, Evan Finley, Richard Ainsworth III and Rebecca Campanella; and his great grandchildren, Arlo Finley and Penny Horvath. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
